As I sat down at my computer this morning, I couldn't remember what I had for dinner last night. But I could tell you exactly what I was doing five years ago today.

Rather than bemoan the unfairness of the criticism, let's learn from each other.

The proposal, if passed, would amend the state's environmental conservation law and permit local governments more stringent regulation of ?nonessential pesticide uses?.

CLA and RISE strongly encourage withdrawal of the proposed regulation and consideration of an alternative, fact-based approach lest NAFTA progress be set back.

All topics related to innovations in water conservation will be considered.

In addition, October 2008 water use in single-family homes was the lowest recorded since 2002 - a significant achievement considering that there was no rainfall for the month; L.A. had the highest recorded average high temperature of 85.4 degrees for an October since 1906; and the population has grown 6% since 2002.
