GSV names Perryman COO
4 Feb, 2009 Athletic Turf NewsRALEIGH, NC — GeneralSports Venue (GSV), U.S. marketer of AstroTurf synthetic sports turf systems, appointed Jim Prettyman as chief operating officer. Prettyman will be responsible for the full range of operating functions for the company. Prior to joining GSV, Prettyman served as senior vice president of R&D and Commercial Operations at Mohawk Industries. He started his career with the Dupont Company and held management and executive positions in DuPont’s Fiber Department including world-wide responsibility for carpet fiber operations.
