Phoenix products come with PERKs

VALDOSTA, GA — Purchases of products from Phoenix Environmental Care, LLC can earn credit for turf-related activities and organizations, as part of the company’s new PERKs purchaser incentive program. Qualifying products include Kestrel brand propiconazole fungicide, Firebird GC brand bifenthrin insecticide, Pegasus L and Pegasus DF brand chlorothalanil and Vital fungicide.

“The PERKs program is unique because it provides purchasers of our products with incentives that may be converted into donations, contributions or sponsorships of turf-related activities and organizations,” Owen Towne, president of Phoenix Environmental, said. 

Examples of qualifying organizations are the national Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), local GCSA chapters, turf grass associations, university turf programs and the Wee One Foundation, among many others.

Qualification for the PERKS program starts with a minimum purchase of $5,000 worth of Phoenix Environmental products between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30.  This entitles the purchaser to a 3% credit that can be converted to the turf or educational organization of their choice.  Purchases of $20,000 or more will earn a 4% credit.
