DENVER — Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care announces the following staff changes and additions:


Dan Collins
• Bill Bowman has been promoted to protection services supervisor with a focus on plant health care. He has been a high-performing PHC technician with Swingle since joining the team in 2006, and has performed and produced well in Christmas Decor during that time.

• Dan Collins has been promoted to enhancement services field supervisor. Collins is on his "second tour of duty" with Swingle (nearly 3 years combined), and served as a landscaping supervisor for a year while working in New York.

• Paul Kehl joins the Denver office as a sales representative. He was previously employed 2 years with Almstead Tree & Shrub Care in New Rochelle, NY, and 6 years with SavaTree in Norwalk, CT. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and is a Certified Arborist.

Paul Osborne
• Paul Osborne joins Swingle as fleet manager, having previously served in this role for local divisions of companies such as Sara Lee Bakery and Loomis Fargo. Osborne holds an Automotive Service Excellence (A.S.E.) certification, CDL instructor's qualifications, and many other automotive service and management credentials.

• John Swayze has been promoted to protection services field supervisor in Denver. He has taken the initiative to achieve his C.O. license in ornamental, residential/commercial, and public health, along with his general Q.S. license.

• Mike Tilford has been promoted to enhancement services field supervisor in Fort Collins, CO. He has taken the initiative to achieve his ISA

Certified Arborist and (along with a few key individuals in the Denver office) also is one of the few TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professionals in Colorado. Tilford is a graduate of Cornell College, has been working in the treecare industry for more than 10 years, and has even competed in and served as a judge at the ISA RMC Climbing Competition over the years.
