The owner’s home came with a rear porch and no entertaining patio area.


The owners had a strong desire to use the area, which led to a design that included a rustic stone patio with an accent fountain and dry-stack stone seat walls. The garden is entered via stone and wood arbors with copper accents.

Custom iron and wood gates further add to this highly detailed garden experience.


Extensive plantings of holly, azaleas, camellias, annuals and perennials all add to this project.


Privacy was created in this small garden with the use of clumping bamboo and hollies to separate the owner’s new space from the public walking trails.

Continued maintenance with seasonal color plantings makes this a garden for all seasons.
