Ruppert promotes Dimaio to project manager
LAYTONSVILLE, MD – Ruppert Landscape has promoted Tommy Dimaio to project manager to its North Carolina Landscape Construction Branch. Dimaio began with the company in 2006 in its Laytonsville office as a lead estimator. In his new role, he has relocated to Charlotte, NC, and is responsible for all aspects of the administration and installation of large or specialty landscape projects for a branch. These responsibilities include supervising field personnel, managing subcontractors, overseeing projects to substantial completion and through the warranty period, communicating with customers and project architects, and maintaining quality standards. “Tommy’s commitment and diverse areas of expertise make him the ideal individual for this position,” said Bob Jones, vice president and director of the Landscape Installation Division. “We are looking forward to his future contributions.” Ruppert Nurseries provides commercial landscape construction and management in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina from 11 branch offices.
