ILCA elects Bertog president
12 Jul, 2010 LM Direct!WHEELING, IL — Robert Bertog, Certified Landscape & Snow Professional and President of Bertog Landscape Co., was recently elected president of the 2010-2011 Board of the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA). Bertog’s new role became effective July 1, 2010.
Drawing on his tenure of successful leadership at Bertog Landscape Co., Bertog will work with his Board to uphold the mission of the ILCA and strengthen and grow the organization.
“As a longtime member of ILCA, I’ve had the benefit of learning from other members in ways that have helped our business grow,” said Bertog. “I’m very pleased to have the opportunity to give back to my fellow members through my term as president.”
Bertog Landscape Company has been an ILCA member since 1977. Bertog himself has been an active participant in the organization since 1993 and a Board member since 2004.
