Agenda for Executive Management Masters event announced

Envisor Consulting announced the agenda for its Executive Management Masters event at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Nashville, Tenn.

Envisor said its Executive Management Masters event will help landscape technicians learn the skills needed to take on leadership roles within the business. The two-day event is designed for business owners, managers and rising stars. Lessons will focus on equipping leaders with the business tools needed for success around the principles of:

Sessions include understanding KPIs, the six phases of every sale, introduction to account management, business development and more.
