ArtisTree creates fictional character for work order system

VENICE, FLA.—Responding to client requests for a new work-order system, ArtisTree Landscape Maintenance & Design has created a fictitious robot named ART to coordinate online requests.

ART, or ArtisTree Request Tracker, allows customers to track the progress of their work orders while simultaneously allowing ArtisTree account executives out in the field to view, update and respond to requests with their smart phones. Described on the company’s website as one of its “most important crew members,” ART provides a paperless solution that eliminates challenges associated with processing handwritten work orders.

“We’ve made a substantial investment in updating our software capabilities and website,” says Joe Gonzalez, ArtisTree CEO. “By adding ‘ART’ to our growing array of customer-focused services, we can better manage customer contact information, view customer work-order history and respond quickly to requests.”
