Aspen Investments acquires Hodges Rash Company

Aspen Investments, a holding company that supports erosion control, site work materials, lawn care, landscape, nursery and greenhouse markets, grows its portfolio again with the acquisition of the Hodges Rash Co. The company also acquired Great Lakes Turf in September 2021.

Headquartered near Pittsburgh, the Hodges Rash Co. provides products to turf managers for more than 25 years. As a part of the agreement, the company will move into a larger warehouse to expand its distribution footprint into other customer segments, including the lawn and landscape business.
