Bobcat launches M2-Series loader line

Bobcat added the T595 compact track loader to its M2-Series lineup.
Ramping up its M-Series loaders, Bobcat Co. introduced a new M2-Series skid-steer, compact track and all-wheel steer loaders.
The M2-Series lineup includes the Bobcat 400-, 500-, 600-, 700- and 800-frame-size skid-steer, compact track and all-wheel steer loaders. Altogether, the M2-Series includes 24 skid-steer, compact track and all-wheel steer models.
Powered by a Bobcat diesel engine, the M2-Series loaders feature new front and rear cab isolators, door seals and side screen dampers. As well, the M2 machines allow operators to turn the automatic ride control option on or off from inside the cab and press a switch to toggle between auto and off. A new reversing fan option allows operators to temporarily reverse the cooling fan direction to blow dust and small debris from the radiator and rear screens.
A dealer-installed side lighting kit is available, too, comprised of LED light bars mounted to the top of the M2-Series loader cab on the right and left sides. The kits, however, are not currently available for S450 skid-steer and T450 compact track loaders.
M2-Series S850 skid-steer loaders now come standard with 100 hp Bobcat engines, a 9 percent increase from the prior iteration. A hydrostatic pump comes as a standard feature for 600- and 700-frame-size M2-Series loaders.
