Jeffrey Scott will host a one-day workshop, “Effective CEO/COO Partnerships: The Power of Collaborative Leadership,” in Chicago on Jan. 10, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Owners who attend will learn how to hand off responsibilities and grow into the role of visionary and hyper-effective CEO, while key leaders who attend will learn where to improve themselves and how to master the skills they need. Both sides will learn how to work together with mutual trust, efficiency and respect for each other’s roles.
The full-day workshop includes a lineup of guest speakers who will share case studies of their successful high-level partnerships.
Guest speakers will include:
- Frank Mariani (CEO) and Fred Whacker (COO) of Mariani Landscape, Chicago; and
- Paul Fraynd (CEO) and Ashly Neneman (GM) of Sun Valley Landscaping, Omaha, Neb.
In addition to the workshop, Scott will host a “Power of Collaboration” VIP dinner. Space at this optional event is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
