Greg Herring of The Herring Group shared some business and financial advice with NALP members on how best to respond to COVID-19.

Herring walked attendees through a five-step process, which includes building liquidity, understanding the customer mindset, planning for various scenarios, calculating cash needs in each scenario and considering expense reductions.
