Echo unveils new manual sprayers

Echo released four new commercial-grade manual sprayers. The new models will reportedly allow users to quickly and accurately distribute materials such as disinfectants, fungicides, insecticides, herbicides and fertilizers.

According to Jason Wilk, Echo’s senior production manager, demand for sprayers and disinfecting continues to increase.

“Killing viruses has become top of mind for everyone,” he said. “In addition to common agricultural applications, Echo sprayers provide compatibility with bleach solutions great for disinfecting, mold remediation and general cleanup.”

Sprayers are available in handheld and backpack styles featuring a piston or diaphragm pump, a professional shut-off valve as well as a gripped shut-off valve and an in-line filter. These include:

• The MS-5010BP backpack manual sprayer: Offering a 5-gallon capacity tank with a 5.5-inch tank opening with a filler screen. The tank cap has a built-in carry handle and the wand can be stored on the tank cap or pump handle. The padded waterproof straps provide comfort while also being resistant to chemical absorption. Chemical-resistant seals allow the unit to be used with a wide variety of chemicals and applications. The 5-gallon capacity eliminates frequent refills for large spraying jobs.

• The MS-4010BP: Offering the same features and benefits as the MS-5010BP, but with a smaller 4-gallon tank. Both units feature an internal piston pump design to promote quicker pressurization. Better flow control is promoted by a comfort grip, shut-off valve and selection of adjustable, flat fan, hollow cone or jet stream nozzles. Both units feature lightweight fiberglass wands and 50-inch nylon-reinforced hoses.

• The MS-4010BPD backpack manual sprayer, diaphragm pump: Offering a 4-gallon tank and can be used with liquids and many wettable powders. The powder-coated pump handle attaches for left-or right-hand use without tools. The pump handle can also be moved to the storage position making the sprayer more convenient to store or transport. The rugged powder-coated frame also resists abrasion and corrosion for long life while providing a wide stance for stability.

• The MS-2310H handheld manual sprayer: Offering a 2-gallon tank and a convenient, lightweight design with a wide mouth opening for easy filling and cleaning. The high-capacity professional-grade pump provides quick pressurization. The comfortable pump handle has built-in wand storage and is ideal for cleaning, sanitizing and applying harsh chemicals for either indoor or outdoor applications.
