Four charged with visa fraud

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Michael T. Glah, Theresa M. Klish, Emily V. Ford and Mary H. Gillin were arrested in West Chester, PA, “in connection with a scheme to shuttle undocumented workers through the immigration system to obtain temporary work visas.” According to the article, Glah’s business, International Personnel Resources Inc., “provided seasonal workers for country clubs, golf courses, construction companies and landscaping companies throughout the U.S., the charging document said.”
