Fred Haskett, principle partner with TrueWinds Consulting, and Beth Berry, vice president of turf and ornamental sales for Advanced Turf Solutions, will lead a virtual class on pricing strategies on Dec. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attendees will learn how to establish where a business needs to be to achieve profit goals.
The presentation will lead attendees through the processes of making an informed decision about pricing services to achieve the desired profit margin and includes a thorough understanding of overhead. Attendees will determine profitability and know whether or not to charge more for services.
After the presentation, attendees will be able to identify key business categories, calculate historical data and accurately forecast industry trends to ensure their profit margin is protected in a volatile market.
