H-2B visa processing temporarily stopped

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has—for now—stopped processing some H-2B petitions for temporary non-agricultural workers, according to BloodHorse.com.

“This announcement was in response to a court decision issuing a permanent injunction against certain parts of the current Department of Labor rule governing H-2B program wage rates,” the article states.
