Heritage Landscape Supply Group expands in California and Hawaii

Heritage Landscape Supply Group acquired The Urban Farmer Store, a full-service distributor of irrigation, lighting and other landscaping products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Calif., Tom Bressan founded The Urban Farmer Store in 1981. It is owned and operated today by Matt Fay and Adrian Smith. The company operates out of four facilities, three in the Bay Area and one in Honolulu, Hawaii, and currently employs a team of 30 people.

Fay and Smith will continue to lead the company’s team.
