Honoring those who give back

I was proud to join the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) in honoring the winners of its Community Stewardship Award earlier this week in Washington D.C. at the banquet held in conjunction with the Renewal & Remembrance and Legislative Day on the Hill event.

You may recall some of these names from the pages of LM. We profiled them in print January through June in our Giving Back department. If you’re looking for some good news or to get ideas for your own community service efforts, certainly take some time to read the stories.
