Houzz releases ‘Reputation Management Guidebook’

|

Home professionals have two key goals when it comes to managing their company’s reputation, according to Houzz:

  1. Build the credibility they need to grow their business, and bring in the right types of clients and customers.
  2. Address client negativity that comes along in the lifetime of a business.

To that end, the platform released a “Reputation Management Guidebook” to offer home professionals tools, best practices and action items to build their business credibility on and off Houzz.

Free for download at Houzz.com (see image at right), the 11-page guidebook provides 10 best practices for businesses to follow.

Since it was founded as a side project in 2009 to help its founders with their home remodel, Houzz has grown organically to more than 25 million monthly unique users around the world—90 percent of whom are homeowners. More than half a million home professionals from architects, designers, contractors and more use the platform to build their brands, collaborate on projects and connect with homeowners.
