Hydroscapes joins LandOpt network

Hydroscapes, a Phoenixville, Pa.-based company, became the newest LandOpt contractor and the fourth LandOpt contractor in Pennsylvania.

“I needed a model and plan that works,” said Hydroscapes Owner Rob Kratz. “As growth happens with staff members, I am looking forward to relinquishing some of my current responsibilities.”

Established in 2000 by Kratz and his wife, Kelly, Hydroscapes was born out of Kratz’s desire to supplement his teaching income and support his growing family by installing residential irrigation systems.

Today, the company’s full-time focus is providing drainage solutions and outdoor lighting in addition to irrigation installation and service.

Kratz says he chose to partner with LandOpt because he felt he had reached a ceiling in his business. With the LandOpt systems and processes in place, he’s looking to double his revenue and transform his organization within five years.

The opportunity to introduce well-defined roles and offer clear career paths for staff through the LandOpt system is what appeals most to Kratz.
