iLandscape trade show expands for 2017

iLandscape 2017, presented by the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association and Wisconsin Green Industry Federation, is returning to The Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center and Hotel in Schaumburg, Ill., Feb. 1-3.

The show will feature two exhibit halls with more than 450 booths featuring the latest trends in plants, green industry products, hardscapes, equipment and more. With this year’s expanded floor plan, 35 new exhibitors are able to join the show, bringing the total to more than 230 exhibitors.

The show will also feature multiple gardens. The most prominent will be The Garden Stage, where actor and environmental advocate Ed Begley Jr. will give his “Living Green” keynote speech Feb. 1. Begley’s speech will discuss environmental sustainability.

The event also features more than 30 education sessions. Select sessions are available in Spanish. Session topics include plants, design, hardscaping, drones, sales, estimating, snow, leadership, maximizing profit and more.

Marquee speakers will include Doug Tallamy, University of Delaware; Rick Darke, Rick Darke LLC; and Ahmad Hassan, Ahmad Hassan Landscape Services and former host of the DIY Network’s Yardcrashers.
