Jason New joined Lambert Landscape Co. as director of landscape services for the Dallas-based  company.

New will manage the production groups for all landscape installation, garden management and tree care services to ensure the company’s landscape operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing stability and continuity to clients and crew.

“We’re excited to welcome Jason to our team,” said Paul Fields, president and director of design at Lambert’s. “From the beginning, our mission and absolute focus has been to seek and achieve excellence in all we do. We strive for a culture built on respect, integrity, honesty and a shared passion to deliver the best experience to our clients, our employees and our industry. We believe Jason’s energy and talent will flourish at Lambert’s as we strategically continue to exceed our clients’ needs and continue to deliver unparalleled personalized service.”

New is active in the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) as chair of the landscape management specialty committee; he is a mentor with PLANET’s Trailblazer program; and a member of the gardens and grounds committee at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden.

“I am thrilled to be joining Lambert’s as they near the century mark serving clients in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex,” New said. “The company not only has a reputation and legacy for providing great client service but is known for its impeccable design and quality. I am equally excited about the growth in our industry. Lambert’s leadership makes this opportunity a great fit for me as we work to drive professionalism for our industry. Joining the company at this key time in their history will be a great adventure for all of us. I am so happy to be on their team.”

Prior to joining Lambert’s, New served as VP of garden management for Southern Botanical and as an account manager for The Brickman Group. He began his career in the Green Industry as an intern with ValleyCrest Cos. He attended graduate school at Southern Methodist University and holds a B.S. in horticulture and business management from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas.
