Twelve workers belonging to Botanica Landscaping, based in West Palm Beach, Fla., were arrested and indicted for using fraudulent Social Security numbers to gain employment with the company.
After an investigation by the Florida Department of Financial Services Fraud Division, the suspects were booked into the Palm Beach County Jail and charged with identity theft and using false IDs.
