Landscaper killed after mower topples

|

A landscaper died in early April after being trapped under a zero-turn mower that tipped over into a creek in Little Rock, Ark., Arkansas Online reported.

Sammy Craig, 32, of Land Design, was mowing outside an apartment complex when the mower tipped over on a steep, grassy embankment and fell into a creek, according to the report.

The mower was lifted off Craig, and he was pulled out of the creek. One man tried to resuscitate him but was unable to find a pulse.

It was unclear whether he drowned or was killed by the fall, police spokesman Lt. Steve McClanahan told Arkansas Online.
