Landscape Development (LDI), headquartered in Valencia, Calif., completed an asset purchase of Enhanced Landscape Management (ELM), located in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LDI will retain the ELM brand and entire staff, including ELM Founder and Owner Greg Epstein, who will join LDI’s executive team as director of business development for its maintenance division.

In the companies’ expanded service area under the acquisition, LDI and ELM will offer a broader range of services such as landscape construction, maintenance, water management, erosion control and landscape architecture. Likewise, LDI will continue currently operating from eight regional offices throughout Central and Southern California, plus a dedicated design studio in Ventura, Calif.
