McCrometer promoted Melissa Aquino to president. The appointment comes as prior president, Kerry McCall, moves into the role of chief flow technology executive.

McCall served as president of McCrometer for 28 years, growing the business more than 10-fold over that time. In his new role, McCall will be responsible for the continued expansion of McCrometer’s flow technology capabilities and evaluating new business opportunities.

“It has been a privilege to lead McCrometer and take our growth and profitability to new levels,” McCall said. “I’m happy to take on this new position and transition the role of president to Melissa. She is well suited to carry on both the McCrometer culture and growth trajectory.”

Aquino added: “It’s an exciting time to lead McCrometer as president. Working for Kerry and McCrometer has been an honor and I am fortunate to have him remain on the team. McCrometer’s history and growth has always been based on a deep understanding of customer needs and continued innovation.  With our talented team and a continued focus on these core areas, I am very optimistic about our future.”

Aquino brings more than 14 years of experience with Danaher Corp., the parent company of McCrometer. She’s been with McCrometer for seven years, most recently serving as VP of marketing and human resources director. Additionally, she served as general manager for McCrometer CONNECT. Before coming to McCrometer, Aquino was business unit director and product manager for Hach Lange in the US and Germany. Prior to joining Danaher, she held research and development process engineering and market research roles at Procter & Gamble.

She has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado, Denver.
