NALP_logoThe National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) named seven industry members as its newest Trailblazers.

These individuals were nominated by their peers for making significant and long-term contributions to the landscape industry and for being committed to giving back to the industry, NALP said.

Each Trailblazer sets aside one day per year to provide on-site mentoring to an NALP member. This colleague-to-colleague mentoring and networking program is designed to help both emerging and established companies gain insight and advice on how to develop and grow their businesses. They also participate in the Trailblazers on Call program that provides members with quick answers to their business questions.

This lifetime honor is given for excellence and achievement in the areas of lawn care, design/build/installation, interior plantscaping, irrigation & water management and landscape management, NALP said.

The following industry members are the NALP’s newest Trailblazers:

These Trailblazers will be recognized during NALP’s Landscapes 2015 Keynote Session, Oct. 21 in Louisville, Ky. In addition, Trailblazers will be available for one-on-one sessions on the afternoon of Oct. 23.
