Nemetschek AG, the parent company of Nemetschek Vectorworks, acquired Bluebeam Software, headquartered in Pasadena, Calif.

Bluebeam provides PDF-based workflow solutions for digital processes and collaboration in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. With more than 650,000 users worldwide, Bluebeam users include more than 74 percent of the top US companies in the construction industry, according to industry rankings by Engineering News-Record.
