Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform for outdoor living products with a focus on hardscapes, has acquired Landscapers Depot, a supplier of landscape, hardscape and masonry supplies to southern New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts and the Merrimack Valley region of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

For more than 20 years, Landscapers Depot has been a supplier of wholesale and retail landscape, hardscape and masonry supply to the New England professional and consumer markets. Landscape Depot also offers a nursery, hand-carved granite, design consultation services, equipment rentals, grind your own mulch and more.

“We are excited to partner with Outdoor Living Supply,” said Tom and Kellie Greer, owners of Landscapers Depot. “We feel a strong connection to the OLS team; they understand this industry and have the resources and commitment to innovation needed to take our business to the next level. We chose OLS, not only for their ability to enhance growth, but for their dedication to the legacy we have built. OLS will provide great opportunities for our employees and loyal customers alike.”

Outdoor Living Supply said the partnership with Landscapers Depot will help strengthen its sales and distribution capabilities, as well as drive growth in new and existing geographies.

“We are excited to welcome Landscapers Depot to the OLS family and expand our footprint into New England. Landscapers Depot has a talented team with deep knowledge in nursery, mulch, soils and an innovative bulk delivery solution which speaks to their longstanding customer-centric culture,” said Brian Price, CEO of OLS. “The Price family has known Tom and Kellie for over 20 years; I know they share our commitment to both employee development and to providing quality products, exceptional service and superior value to our customers.”
