Turf Masters Lawn Care, a lawn care services provider in the southeast, hired Customer Success Leader Sara Stephenson as operating systems director, a newly created role.

Stephenson brings almost 20 years of experience building and maintaining relationships, both externally and internally, by creating a culture of learning, growth and creating solutions to exceed customer expectations.

In her role, Stephenson will direct the development, installation and modification of the company’s computer operating systems and explore future needs as Turf Masters continues to grow. Stephenson will be responsible for developing policies and procedures related to the deployment and maintenance of the operating systems and provide input to strategic decisions regarding future technology.

Stephenson spent the last two years as a customer success leader helping field service companies successfully implement new field service software for a large retailer. Prior to that, she was a customer success manager at Service Pro. Over her career, Stephenson has also held executive level positions at Arrow Exterminators as vice president of customer care and later, vice president of sales and marketing analytics.

The Davey Tree Expert Co. promoted Adam Jensen to district manager, San Francisco, Calif., Residential/Commercial (R/C) office.

“Adam has a proven record of high-quality and attentive customer service in the city of San Francisco,” said Jason Evans, operations manager, Western Operating Group, R/C services. “Clients will see the difference he brings to the area, with crews getting the work done safely and diligently under his leadership. Adam knows the city and what it takes to provide excellent tree care.”

Jensen joined Davey in 2014 as a sales arborist at the San Francisco office before he was promoted to assistant district manager in 2015. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in landscape management.

Jensen is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist, ISA Tree Worker Climber and ISA Certified Utility Specialist. He has been working in the green industry since 2004 and moved to the Bay Area in 2011.

Allu Group, based in East Brunswick, N.J., named Rob Houlder as its new territory sales manager for the northeastern U.S.

Based in New York, Houlder will be responsible for developing and working with Allu’s network of dealers in the Northeast, in addition to field sales activities.

Prior to joining Allu, Houlder was northeast regional sales manager for Connect Work Tools, a distributor of hydraulic hammers, grapples, pulverizers and compactors, where he was responsible for business development and sales for 11 states and also Eastern Canada.

“We are pleased to bring Rob Houlder into our U.S. sales team,” said Edgar J. Chavez, president North America of Allu Group. “His knowledge of service and his sales experience with heavy equipment and attachments make him an ideal fit to help increase ALLU’s market share in the Northeast.”
