Porch to hit all Lowe’s locations in the U.S.

Porch-In-Store-Signage---LandscapeLowe’s and Porch unveiled their strategic partnership will expand to every Lowe’s store across the U.S. by May 5, positioning Porch as an in-store resource in more than 1,700 stores.

“Our partnership with Porch demonstrates Lowe’s commitment to offer more ways to help our customers find solutions throughout the home improvement journey,” said Jay Rebello, VP for new business development and corporate innovation at Lowe’s. “Homeowners trust Lowe’s to deliver the products and expertise needed to complete a project, and now that relationship can seamlessly extend to the search for home improvement service providers by providing a highly personal, localized experience through Porch.”

Porch, first integrated at Lowe’s stores in the Carolinas and the Seattle area in January, is now a resource for Lowe’s employees in every store across the country. If a Lowe’s customer needs a pro for a service Lowe’s does not currently offer, such as a landscape professional, employees can access the Porch network of pros on their mobile devices and in-store terminals to identify local providers.

“From day one Porch has been on a mission to make home improvement simple, easy, and delightful” said Matt Ehrlichman, CEO of Porch. “We launched our product a little over six months ago and the response to date has been phenomenal—we couldn’t be happier with the feedback we are getting from home improvement professionals and homeowners. What makes our partnership with Lowe’s special is the common bond we share around innovation. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for Porch, Lowe’s and our customers.”
