Here is a short video to give you food for thought on how well you are leveraging technology to grow your landscape, lawn or irrigation business.

It is not a question “if,” nor a question of “when,” rather it is a question of “which” and “how.”

You have to be nimble and adaptive to take on new technologies and push them through your organization. You need to be able to change — without constantly changing your path and your mind.

 

Your Challenge. Where are you behind the curve? And what parts of your company are lacking efficiency that can be solved through technology? These questions should be an ongoing conversation in your leadership meetings, at least quarterly if not more often.

Keep it balanced — you can gain efficiencies with systems and technology, but you can scale faster with systems that are simple to implement and repeatable in busy times.
