Spruced Up Tree and Shrub of Salem, Mass., has merged with SavATree.

Spruced Up Tree and Shrub will be incorporated into SavATree’s Middleton, Mass., branch. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Spruced Up Tree and Shrub is a full-service tree care company that has been servicing clients throughout the North Shore of Massachusetts since 2014.

Charlotte Enfield, owner of Spruced Up Tree and Shrub, is a former employee of SavATree.

“It is extremely important to me that I leave my clients in good hands,” Enfield said. “My experience with SavATree has been nothing short of great, which is why I’m positive that this merger will be a perfect fit.”
