SiteOne acquires Hydro-Scape

SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired Hydro-Scape Products, which has 17 locations in Southern California. Terms were not disclosed.

Hydro-Scape, founded in 1975, is an irrigation sprinkler store and landscape supplier.

SiteOne Landscape, formerly John Deere Landscapes, officially rebranded in October. It acquired Tieco—a supplier of irrigation, pump and well supplies—in September and filed for a $100 million initial public stock offering in August. This is its first acquisition in 2016.
