SiteOne acquires Landscape Depot Supply

SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired Landscape Depot Supply, a distributor of hardscapes and landscape supplies with three locations in the Greater Boston market.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Landscape Depot Supply complements our existing branch network in the Greater Boston market in addition to significantly strengthening our hardscape and landscape supply business there,” said Doug Black, chairman and CEO of SiteOne Landscape Supply. “Landscape Depot Supply has an extremely talented and seasoned team, and we are thrilled to have them join the SiteOne family.”
