Pari Smart will present “Get the Job Done! Increasing Business Efficiency Through Strength Based Motivation” at the 4th annual Lighting Summit. Hosted by Jerry McKay, founder of McKay Landscape Lighting, the annual two-day conference for landscape lighting professionals will take place at the Hyatt Downtown Omaha in Omaha, Neb., Jan. 18-19.
In this workshop, attendees will learn how to:
- recognize individual talents and communication styles;
- overlay their talent map with the talents of a key staff member;
- analyze complimentary and contradictory areas; and
- create an individualized action plan using strength-based motivational techniques to increase communication and business efficiency.
