Syngenta to open GreenTrust 365 Lawn & Landscape program in October

Syngenta will kick off its GreenTrust 365 Lawn and Landscape program Oct. 1. The annual program offers lawn and landscape professionals rebates, the Barricade herbicide brand bonus, a pallet solution, product assurances, multipaks and GreenTrust rewards—a new offering for 2017.

For every dollar spent on qualifying products during the early order period, Oct. 1 to Feb. 28, GreenTrust 365 participants can earn points to redeem on a variety of rewards from industry and non-industry partners. Points can be redeemed for gift cards from Amazon, Lowe’s, Staples and more. Additionally, purchases made in October and November earn double points.

“GreenTrust rewards can provide lawn and landscape professionals added benefits throughout the year for their business or serve as a great way to reward their staff,” said Stephanie Schwenke, turf market manager at Syngenta. “Through programs like GreenTrust 365 and resources like, which offers an array of free homeowner marketing materials, we are committed to helping our customers grow their businesses.”

By spending at least $5,000 on qualifying products from Oct. 1 to Feb. 28, participants can lock in a yearlong rebate of up to nine percent. Additionally, purchasing Barricade brand herbicides, including on-fertilizer, can add an extra 3 percent rebate on top of yearlong rebates.

The warm season herbicide solution also qualifies for a yearlong rebate and provides a savings of eight percent over buying the products separately. It contains Barricade and Monument herbicides, which are excellent tank-mix partners for pre- and post-emergence control of broadleaf, sedge and grassy weeds, Syngenta said. Pallet solutions are available only during the early order period from Oct. 1 to Dec. 7.

With summer pay, lawn and landscape professionals can defer payment until July 6.
