FMC, Arysta sign licensing agreement for fungicide, herbicide

Arysta LifeScience North America and FMC Corp. signed an exclusive licensing agreement in the U.S. and Canada, in which FMC will develop, market and sell two Arysta LifeScience turf and ornamental (T&O) products: DISARM Fungicide and XONERATE Herbicide.
