CLCA lends a hand to Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter

Members of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) voluntarily spruced up the Santa Cruz County Animal Shelter in Live Oak, Calif., according to the Santa Cruz Sentinel.
