SiteOne Landscape Supply, formerly John Deere Landscapes, filed for a $100 million initial public stock offering on Aug. 18, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The Roswell, Ga.-based distributor is majority owned by private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice.
