Takeuchi-US plans to expand its Pendergrass, Ga., operations by building a new distribution facility on its existing campus. The new facility is scheduled for completion by the end of 2015.

“The last few years have been very strong, and we have seen an increase in machine demand as the economy continues to improve,” said Clay Eubanks, president of Takeuchi-US. “Not only are we excited about our expansion plans, but it will provide additional employment opportunities within our company. When you can positively impact your community with additional job prospects due to increased growth and development, it is a win-win situation for everyone.”

The new facility will increase the company’s storage space by more than 40 percent and will provide additional parts and machine storage for future growth, Takeuchi said.

Takeuchi’s current operation, located in the Valentine Farms Business Park, has more than 70 full-time associates and provides machine storage, parts distribution and a training area for dealers and their employees.
