The award recognizes the Associa Advantage Network trade partner that maintains the highest standards in all categories combined on a local, regional and national network. The Associa Advantage Network is an exclusive program that provides special offers to Associa-managed communities and their homeowners from vendors who have been pre-screened for quality and value.

“This is the most impressive vendor award presented at Associa’s National Leadership Summit and I’m excited ValleyCrest has been selected for the honor,” said Associa Advantage President Mike Mallott. “ValleyCrest has been a tremendous partner with us for over 2 years and we are excited to grow with them in the years ahead.”

ValleyCrest was the only partner to win at the national level, which encompasses local and regional efforts combined with educational contributions, customer satisfaction and quality.

“We are very honored to receive such a prestigious award and have demonstrated that we can help solve their landscape problems,” said ValleyCrest Vice President of Sales John Balzarini. “We value our partnership with Associa and it’s gratifying to be recognized for providing high quality service and developing meaningful, trust- based relationships with communities across the country.”
