It can be tough for anyone to keep up with constant changes to social media platforms, let alone someone who doesn’t outsource this function and whose role also entails, you know, running a business.
Just when I think we’ve hit our stride here at LM on our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ pages, someone changes things up on us. That’s most recently the case with Twitter.

This blog post gives an excellent overview about some of the newest Twitter updates and how you can apply them to your landscape or lawn care business. These changes include a larger header image, which happens to look a lot like Facebook’s cover photo (we’re still working on updating ours), best tweets and pinned tweets. I haven’t tried pinned tweets yet, but it seems they could be put to good use by company Twitter pages looking to keep one important message front and center among the “fire hose” of content that is Twitter.
