WorkWave says new Dynamic Routing helps users to create more efficient routes

WorkWave will launch Dynamic Routing for its RealGreen product later this year. The system will give customers the ability to plan the most efficient route in minutes.

WorkWave said this Dynamic Routing builds upon Service Assistant’s original Routing Assistant, giving users access to real-world scenarios around time windows, technician schedules, vehicle capacity, traffic patterns and service type prioritization. This enables route optimization for users to create the most time and cost-efficient routes. Routes will recognize complex business constraints and the software will automate all essential routing tasks while still allowing the flexibility to make real-time adjustments if needed.
