Takeuchi-US has named Erik Lisitza as its new West Region business manager and Lukas Dickerson as its new Northeast/Canada Region product manager.
Lisitza is now responsible for all sales and business development efforts across Takeuchi’s West region, which includes Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. He will work closely with Takeuchi dealers to grow market share, drive retail sales, strengthen strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional customer support.
A resident of Phoenix, Ariz., Lisitza brings extensive experience in territory development, dealer network growth and sales team leadership across both undeveloped and established markets. He has led dealer sales staff through training, goal setting and frontline support while driving market share through hands-on dealer engagement. His background combines strong customer-facing skills with disciplined operational and leadership training, giving him a practical, results-driven approach to regional business management.
“The West Region is a critical growth area for Takeuchi, and Erik has the hands-on experience needed to help our dealers succeed,” said Shay Klusmeyer, Takeuchi’s division sales manager for the Western U.S. “He understands how to work alongside dealer teams, identify opportunities in the market and turn those insights into real sales results, which makes him a great addition to our team.”
Dickerson’s role as the Northeast/Canada region product manager is new to Takeuchi. Dickerson will be responsible for the company’s dealer and national rental account support activity within the Northeastern U.S. and Canada. He will help develop dealer sales teams throughout that region, working with them to demonstrate, promote and support Takeuchi’s compact equipment product line.

Hailing from Savona, N.Y., Dickerson brings more than a decade of hands-on agricultural equipment experience spanning product marketing, field support and service leadership across North America. He has led dealer and sales training programs, supported new product launches from development through release and worked directly with engineering teams to resolve service issues and improve product reliability. His background combines deep mechanical knowledge with extensive experience supporting dealers and end users in the field, giving him a strong, practical understanding of customer and market needs.
“Lukas brings a rare combination of product expertise, field experience and the ability to connect with dealer sales teams and their customers,” said John Vranches, Takeuchi’s division sales manager for the Northeastern U.S. “His background in training, product support and working closely with sales organizations makes him a natural fit to lead product efforts across the Northeast/Canada Region as we continue to grow market share and support both dealers and national accounts.”
