PLANET design/build event set for Chicago

Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) says its Design/Build/Installation Specialty Group will hold its Design/Build/Installation Symposium July 28-30 in Chicago, Ill.

The educational event, which is limited to 200 attendees, will feature practical applications and how-to sessions conducted at the Chicago Botanic Garden.

The event also will feature:

  • a visit to Millennium Park, where attendees can discover the architecture, landscape design, and art that provide the backdrop for hundreds of free cultural programs like concerts, exhibitions, tours, and family activities;
  • Round Table Time, with design build focus topics; and
  • a tour of the Chicago Botanic Garden, which is situated on 385 acres of land on and around nine islands.

The Design/Build/Installation Symposium is approved for 1 continuing education units (CEUs) per hour of instruction attended.
