Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) acquired Bay Landscape and Palm Service, a commercial landscape and maintenance company based in Panama City Beach, Fla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

RCI will continue to pursue our stated goal of aggressive growth of the company via acquisitions of high-quality companies such as Bay Landscape along with our long-term organic growth strategy throughout our current markets.”

Concluded on Dec. 31, 2018, the Bay Landscape deal represents the second acquisition completed by RCI in 2018 and the fourth acquisition in the last two years.

Based in Slidell, La., RCI has branch offices in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Tennessee. It anticipates a 2019 revenue in excess of $80 million and employs more 700 people in five states with 11 locations.

Established in 1994 by Luke Preslaski, Bay Landscape provides a full scope of services including landscape design, installation, landscape management, lighting, pavers, hardscapes, outdoor living spaces, fences, walls and decks. Preslaski will continue with RCI as a division manager along with his staff.
