The Green Industry Hall of Fame, headquartered in Ontario, Calif., will induct seven new members at its 2018 Green Industry Awards on May 19.

Individuals nominated have made a significant impact or positive influence that assures the future of the green industry for generations to come, according to the Green Industry Hall of Fame.

Once nominated, an individual’s biography and photo are updated on the site, and he or she is placed in the polls for voting. At the end of the year, the committee takes into consideration the votes and decides which candidates are inducted.

This year’s inductees include:

• James Bethke;
• Cheryl Goar, Arizona Nursery Association;
• Carl Kah, K-Rain Manufacturing Corp.;
• Roger Fiske, Fiske Landscaping;
• Candy Fiske, Fiske Landscaping;
• Bill Cathcart, Cathcart Associates; and
• Judy Guido, Guido and Associates.

The inductions will take place at the Vessels Club at Los Alamitos Race Course in Cypress, Calif. Dinner is $95 per person. Those interested in attending may register here.
