Hoffman Landscapes of Wilton, Conn., has acquired Kent Greenhouse & Gardens. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Kent Greenhouse & Gardens will continue to operate out of its longtime location in the heart of Kent, Conn., and all employees will be retained.

Hoffman Landscapes has served customers in Litchfield County in Connecticut from its Wilton and Stamford locations for more 30 years.
